I am sitting here trying to decide if this 7 point on camera is a cull buck or not. Club rules say anything that is 5 and 1/2 years old and less than 8 points is a cull.

Do the rules also state that you must be a wildlife biologist to hunt in said club?

I was told to look for 3 things.
Sway back
Big brisket in front area
Pot belly

That being said it's awfully hard to tell once out in the field. Good luck!

Palmyra rules say anything 3.5 and less than 8 points is a cull. Not sure i agree totally, but they have biologist advising them too.
