Although I agree that the OP acted like an idiot and posted many rash, ill-informed comment, I don't think the Hakeyes fans have been 'owned' in this thread by any measure.

Other than LSU fans saying that Iowa's LBs are overrated and that an inexperienced QB is going to shred an experienced defense, where exactly was all the ownage? A few guys mentioned Iowa's NFL pedigree and got laughed at, as if Iowa is Northern Iowa. The school is top 15 for players on NFL rosters and outproduces a hefty majority of teams forming your elite gauntlet unstoppable SEC conference schedule, which (in theory) causes all non-SEC powerhouses to automatically lose three or four games and become like the seventh best team in the conference. *unless referring to B12 also rans, particularly their diminutive freshmen quarterbacks.

Would any other school in the top 15 for NFL player production be laughed at and called blatantly untalented? And Iowa fans are idiotic to take the least bit of umbrage?

ETA: Searched the SECrant archives for thoughtful analysis of the Iowa and South Carolina Outback bowl, and the tigerdroppings archives for thoughtful Iowa - Georgia Tech Orange Bowl analysis, and it's like the comments have been grafted mysteriously into this thread, all these years later.

Dude, no I'm not. Neither is half of the Iowa fans on this board. We live all across the country, and outnumber most in the SEC.
