Wendell Davis, then Jarvis Landry. I'd also submit Abram Booty. He had great hands.

Well, this has been a good discussion.
I saw both Wendell Davis and Josh Reed play, and of course, Landry, this season. I would give a very slight edge to Davis, followed closely by Landry, then Reed.
But this is tough to call, since they played during different periods, and there were a few years between each of them.
