We need to stop being shitty because its going to steam roll us. Our fans whine and cry when the team gets fricked in bowl selection but then when we go where we should they dont back it up. It will just lead to us getting more chicken shite bowls instead of picked when we should be. However, our fans dont think that far ahead on things.

This is the correct "type" of bowl for us this season but many Tiger fans (SEC West fans in general) aren't going to support the Outback for their lack of respect for the division. Yes they have the first choice from the East but have often bypassed better teams from the West. It caught up to them. You'll get no tears in LA, MS, AL, and AR.

This is why LSU should have begged for a game against Michigan, whethe in the Outback or Gator. Fans would have made more of an effort to see one of the top 5 name programs, IMO.

Before 2000, LSU had a reputation for traveling poorly to bowl games. There is a reason the Outback Bowl was always hesitant to take LSU - 1988. LSU brought very few fans.

In the 1987 Gator Bowl, that stadium was 95% USCe. There was maybe one section of LSU fans if I remember correctly.
