I used to bring venison to Bellue on Plank, and his smoked sausage was always awesome.

I remember thinking, this dude must have an awesome smoker. So one day I asked if I could walk in the back and check it out.

It was a 55 g. drum with a garbage can welded to the bottom as a fire box.



Capt Bellue is a badass welder though. He knew what he was doing when he made that thing.
