Definitely the plate setter. Also get some oven mits and a thermometer like the maverick et 732. I wouldn't bother with the upgraded grate--I've got one but have never used it to be honest. Maybe throw in some lump charcoal (personally I'd go with royal oak lump from Walmart--same as the bge version). I've never used my handler either.

Do yall find the RO lump to burn longer than other brands? I just bought a bag last week and I've cooked 4 times on on fill up so far and still have lump in the egg.
