I might get bashed for this, but here is my list without reading anyone else's post.
1. Nick Saban
2. Les Miles
3. James Franklin
Gus Malzahn
5. Steve Spurrier
6. Gary Pinkell
Mark Richt
8. Hugh Freeze
9. Butch jones
10. Kevin Sumlin
11. Dan Mullen
12. Brett Bielema
13. Will Muschamp
14. Mark Stoops
Some details:
1.Nick Saban is this generations Bobby Bowden, Peterno, Eddie Robinson. He is the best coach in college football. He is an arse, but the best none the less.
2. Les Miles has had some very tough schedules and his record speaks for himself. I'm not going to debate him since its talked about every week.
3. Tied: What James Franklin has done at Vanderbilt is unbelievable. That team is no longer just a team to raise the SEC's acedemics and recruiting to a school that is very hard to get into and doesn't put emphasis on sports much is outstanding.
Gus took a very bad Auburn team and completely turned it around. The team chemistry in a years time is just as impressive as their play. I have a feeling Florida State might not see them coming.
5. The ole ball coach. Experience is everything in sports. There is no situation he hasn't seen. His resume alone brings in recruits. Top off an out of conference schedule every year that includes Clemson, and his team is always in discussion for SEC title every year.
6. Tied. Gary Pinkell. Second year in the league and coaching like they were here the entire time. The only reason he isn't higher in my list is the injuries to Georgia, the decline of Florida, and the questionable Tennessee program. If he can repeat this success next year, he deserves more praise from the national media.
Mark Richt: Has the talent year in and year out. With the amount of injuries on this team, the year was full of head ache for him. Still had a couple big wins. Next year should be a better year.
8. Hugh Freeze. Capable of being a big time coach. Team is very good when its on. But not consistent in big games. They WILL improve I believe though.
9. Butch jones: Tenn was significantly better than last year. That's not saying much, but take it for what it is.
10. Kevin Sumlin. Out coached in his biggest games of the year. Take out Johnny Twohand touch and his team is no better than Tennessee. Let's wait a few years after to judge if he can be a better SEC coach.
11. Dan Mullen: Look, how to you convince high schoolers to come to Starkville? It's very hard to do. He is at least doing a decent job. A consistent bowl eligible team with no threat for an SEC title. How long until MissSt is happy with average?
12. Brent Bielema: 12 for potential only. Team was a mess this year. He has to adapt to a faster SEC style play. Has potential to do this. LSU game proved they could be tough when need to be. Can he get his team to do this for an entire year? Recruiting will be the main drive for his success.
13. Will Muschamp: bringing the end if the Florida football program one game at a time. They get too many good recruits on location and name alone. How long until that ends, especially if Florida State wins the Title? No excuse for the way his team has played under him by Florida's standards. Next year will be his last year if they do not compete for the SEC east.
14. Mark Stoops. GTFO the SEC.
I know. Tl:DR... Also, on IPhone. Sorry for spelling errors

No reason for you to get bashed. All your thoughts are reasonable.
