For example what is y'alls 3D rendering set to? I don't remember that option on the mod.

I have everything off or on low. DayZ/Arma games are terribly optimized for everything. There's not a way to really get great frames. I had good luck by using a Ramdisk before(went from fps in the 30s to fps in the 70s) but the game is like 5gbs soooo you will need a lot of ram to do that.
