2012 is the only year that I am really not that sure about. I feel like a lot of teams were pretty good last year and a number of them could have won it all.

Bama probably crushes everyone. Maybe Oregon gives them trouble since spread offense with mobile QB's seems to give Saban fits especially if he did not have month to prepare for just them.

Oregon had a shot.

Last year, I really do feel there were a handful of teams in the SEC that were all about just as good as each other. Alabama, LSU, Texas A&M, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida.

Literally throw those six teams on the field against one another on any given day and I think they'd all have a legit shot to win. Not to bring in the scheduling argument... but at the end of the day, LSU, Alabama, and aTm went 1-1 against each other. LSU and aTm played Florida, and Alabama didn't.

Georgia and Alabama play 10 times, I think Alabama probably wins 6 of them. South Carolina would probably have won the East if they didn't have to play LSU out of the West. It was just all a big cluster.

So yeah, if Alabama enters the playoff as your SEC champion, they'd most likely win it all. But if another SEC team sneaks in the playoff, it might have been a toss up.
