I think the ceiling for a public amount is $7 million which is on the edge of getting to the point where a school receives very heavy criticism. I think like what was mentioned with Texas and the extra money on the side I think Alabama has some sort of arrangement where he'll get something on the side. I base that on nothing at all other than I'm sure there are creative ways to pay someone deferred compensation that isn't technically part of a formal contract. Sort of like agreeing to pay money into a nest egg account for every year he stays at Alabama and when he leaves cut him a check for this amount.

Alabama would also cave to the construction of a new administration building, making the Mal Moore Athletic Complex for football only. He has been after this for a while.
