I'm in the minority about not thinking Saban will be coaching much longer (2-3 years from retirement) & he is delegating much more at this point in his career than he did at any other stop especially to Kirby & even with things as important as staff hires, & examples are Napier (who's been KILLING it) & taking back Lance Thompson, both good friends of Kirby

Bama will still be fine with Kirby UA was still prominent before Saban & will continue

Maybe so, but you may want to keep in the back of your mind of the success, or the lack thereof, of recent Saban disciples.
