Sparty to Rose Bowl no matter what?

Forgive me if this has already been discussed, but does michigan state go to the Rose Bowl no matter what happens on Saturday? I dont buy them going all the way to #2 in the polls with a win, so it seems lile whether they are number in the Big10 or runner up to undefeated Ohio State, they will end up in the traditional Rose Bowl game.

As long as they are ranked in the top 14 in the BCS, otherwise they are not eligible.

I think if they fall out of the top 14 then there's no guarantee they'll make the Rose.
