seeding determines home field advantage for the first playoff game.

the team who travels the furthest, AND WINS, is the team that will host the next round(s)if both teams have traveled in the previous week.

if only one team traveled in the previous week, and won, then they will host the next week.

however, if both teams have hosted the previous
week, then it goes by seeding again.
