Good sleeping bag. Down is the best insulation. Also a thick foam pad to get you off the ground. Air mattress makes my back cold. Walmart has 32 degree down bags for $79. Get two, one to get inside and one to put on top.
If you have a nalgene bottle you can put some hot water in it and put inside sleeping bag with you. It will stay hot for a while.
