Bayern v. Schalke 04 at the Allianz or
AC Milan v. Juventus at the San Siro
Which would be the easier/safer/cheaper (would be going with two children under 13) ticket?
Alternatively, if either Bayern or AC Milan has a midweek home game (Champions league or cup game), how expensive/difficult are those tickets to acquire (would be beginning of March)?
I know the schedules change throughout the season so I need to take that into account. Any advice is appreciated.

Bayern tickets are damn near impossible to get just for league games. I was offered free tickets to a tuesday german cup game last year couldn't make it though.

Which one of those games has Mario Götze, Franck Ribery, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Arjen Robben, Philipp Lahm, Toni Kroos, David Alaba and Julian Draxler?
Go with that one.
Go with that one.

Help me out. Have no idea what I'm looking at.
Any safety issues at the San Siro?

No way I would take two under 13 y/o's to a Serie A game.

So to summarize:
Game one - impossible to get tickets to but safe; or
Game two - easy ticket but may get knifed walking to, during or walking away from game???

more room for the ultras to roam free and cause chaos. Not even the family section is safe

No, however, while my last name ends in a vowel, I do not resemble the typical italian.

No. There's a lot of people on this board that like to denigrate Serie A but there's not any likely danger in going to a match as a normal fan.
The bad things people read about happen between ultras groups or at worst huge groups of vocal opposing fans and don't really happen in Italy any more than elsewhere in Europe.
The only thing that's not a great idea in Italy is to sit on the curva with the ultras as there'll be wasted fans shooting flares but those seats are sold out anyway.
Also, there can be fights in areas around the stadiums but it's not random and easily avoided by walking the other way if you see it the same way you'd avoid a bunch of drunks getting into a fight in a American city.
The best way to get tickets is to simply go the team's website and see where the closest official team store is to where you're staying/visiting in a city and stop by to get tickets. You have to have IDs for everyone who you're buying a ticket for with you.
