The SEC has a series of contracts that prevents LSU from playing all its games at night. Just deal with it. It's ok.

This is a fact of life. LSU gave up its right to dictate these things the second it signed up along with all the other SEC schools with CBS and ESPN's contracts and then taking the money.
hools should be more mad at Alleva for taking away marquee OOC home games every year just to get a payday. That is the bigger issue at hand.

I hate that we don't have as many night games, but with success comes that sacrifice.

I fully believe that LSU could swing their weight around more but refuse to. Alleva is weak. Guess what, there ain't a damn thing anyone can do about it. Now, Once I take over UAE and have the oil revenues reallocated to LSU, we'll go independent, have our own TV network, and play all our home games at night

i agree with this and truthfully, i've never had a problem when LSU has had to push up start times because i know it comes with the territory. the question is, does/will LSU make similar requests as A&M did, within the tv contract parameters and if so, why are they being refused? and if Alleva is not making the requests, why not?
