ETA: I think a new dial and some nice leather or croc bands would absolutely freshen up the watch to him. It would effectively be brand new. May cost $500 for everything, but it would be legit and very damn nice.

He wants a zulu band which I think would look horrible on that particular watch. And I have like 20 zulu/nato straps so I'm not knocking them
