Our current house was sold FSBO for the last two purchases. Both times, their was an offer within the first 2 days. We live on a corner lot on the main road through the neighborhood, so we get a lot of traffic. My company is paying all realtor fees when I relocate soon, so I will be going that route. If that weren't the case, I would definitely do FSBO again. We took care of the offer paperwork, the bank and attorney took care of it from their. It really wasn't that difficult
