There might be some agents in your area that will do an mls only listing for a flat fee but you'll still wind up paying selling agent commission. You get what you pay for and the expiration rate and days on market are much higher because many selling agents show unrepresented homes last or not at all. Keep in mind that the average agent sells about 4 homes a year so they want the deals they do to be as easy as possible with the least amount of work. If they sell your house they have to do the work for their buyer and for you.
