How does one go about finding a regional headhunter in the food manufacturing industry??

Ragacamps..... What kind of job is your wife looking for? I am the plant manager at one of three factories in NOLA owned and operated by the largest coffee manufacturer in United States...we are always on the lookout for experienced professionals.
