I read the report. Most of the DNA test stuff wasn't easy to follow but the statements and police reports are pretty short and to the point.
My theory is that once her and JW finished she started thinking about that roommate coming in and possibly filming the sex act. She was also going to have to explain leaving the bar with 3 football players she barely knew. She probably thought there was a chance that video or picture or whatever could get out and spread like wildfire on that campus. It could get back to her friends, family, boyfriend, sorority sisters, etc.
At that point her story can either be A) I hopped in a cab with 3 football players, blew and banged one of them and the other filmed it.
OR B) I have no idea how I got there or who they were, I was blacking out and then coming to sporadically. Someone must have given me a shot that was drugged and I was raped. OR C) I was hit in the head and raped.
The evidence doesn't show she had a head injury. The evidence didn't show she was drugged or really intoxicated. She did have some redness to her knees.

Her friends reactions give it away.
1. One friend wonders "why would she think I'd be mad at her"
2. Another friend says "sorry for telling your parents"
Also people must remember...
She's a young woman in a Sorority. Her friends KNEW of her being with her BF earlier and then she leaves with 3 football players/blows one, has sex with him and another one tries to film it?
She had no issue getting dropped off. But she had to have a story or reason for her being in that situation.
Which is why she only tells her friend she got knocked on the head and raped. She had no idea that her friend(s) would press the issue and call the cops.
Once the cops got involved....it was all or nothing...

That can't help her case.
I have no idea if he raped her or didn't. The fact that the TPD sat on it for so long makes me think they wanted to protect their QB.
The FBI might get involved, who knows?

This seems most likely.
