If he raped her then he should go to jail for life with no parole. If she consented to sexual relations then later regretted it and is making up the rape afterwards, she should go to jail for life.

Unreal story.

Think you're being slightly over dramatic?

I think it's the later. Regardless, it's incredibly difficult for the woman not to win in today's day and age when it comes to this kind of stuff.

There was something very similar that happened at UW with a basketball player a couple of year ago. A girl cried rape, everyone accused this guy of being a rapist, then when they actually dug into it the girl confessed that it was consensual and just made up the rape story. Because of seeing that, I'm waiting until this whole thing is final before drawing any sort of conclusions whatsoever.

yeah the punishment should be the same imo. I honestly have zero tolerance for instances like that.

that said, I don't think that's what this is. Perhaps if she just started claiming rape now, but she didn't. This was all the way back in december, which makes me think there may actually have been foul play.

and don't even get me started on the whole TPD situation, it just reeks of a cover up

False rape accusations are a serious problem. Life imprisonment might be a bit much, but it needs to be dealt with more harshly than it is at present.

True, but even if he gets out of this, Winston is no perfect dude- shooting out windows with BB gun & stealing drink at store.
