Wouldnt really say its a bust. Do people just all of a sudden forget that we lost 9 players to the draft? And 7 more players with UDFA contracts? Thats a total of 16 key contributors gone to the NFL. Majority of those guys were on the D side too.

Before the season a lot of people were thinking/expecting 3-4 losses. Losing to UGA and Bama werent shocks or upsets. Ole Miss was, but they always play us tough and they are a program on the rise with a great young head coach.

The problem is that when the season started and we saw we finally had a legit offense, but our D was struggling and looked bad. First time in quite a few years that has happened too. Everyone just happened to forget that we lost the most defensive talent out of any school in the country the year before and had a lot of new faces out there on D. We lost Mingo, who went #6 overall, and Reid, who when #18 overall, in the 1st round. Then we lost Minter, Logan, and Monty(and TM) in the 2nd and 3rd round. Then we lost Simon and Lavar later in the draft. Thats 7 HUGE contributors for us on D.

A lot of people were expecting growing pains for us, the 1st time in quite a few years. Now that they are here, everyone is acting like they expected us to go undefeated this year. If we lose to Arky then I will call the season a bust. Losing to Bama, UGA, and TAMU is nothing to be ashamed of. Losing to Ole Miss is really the only true ugly mark we have on our record so far.

So you're ok with a possible 5th place finish in the West? Got it.

Forget it dude. Negatigers and logic are like oil and water. Perspective doesn't enter into the equation.
