As I stated once or twice before, last years final drive had two holding not called and a close line by their left tackle on the first play on the drive that resulted in a big gain for a first down. Why doesn't bama get these calls against them is puzzling. They went like a 1 and a half years with no holding calls against them and when they finally get one called its doesn't hurt them as far as disrupting their drives. We all are spilled milk arm chair QB's but damn how mush help does a team need to stay on top of college football? Holding calls are called at the discretion of the refs and only those no brainers like jumping at the line they can't hide.

As far as what you said about holding every play, well the LSU DL never could break away from the block to make tackles late in the game. Maybe that was the reason who knows?

Still the highest ranked 3 loss team
Moral Victory time. Maybe we ought to order a 3-loss Team National Championship Banner? Oh... wait. We still have to see if we can beat aTm and Arky. Or if we do, if we can also win a bowl game. So maybe no banner just yet?

Sorry if Germans... but IF Auburn beats Bama.... Bama stays home and Auburn goes to SECCG. BUT - if LSU had not lost a game other than Bama - it would be a 3-way 1-loss tie - only breakable by the BCS standings. In that case, I'd be willing to bet good money Bama would have been the one to get the go ahead. So by LOSING games other than the Bama game, we guarantee that an Auburn win keeps Bama out!!!
