Dell went to great lengths to assemble this roster. You HAVE to let someone else try to gel it if it's not working. The fanbase had high expectations this year and riding Monty is going to do nothing but piss everybody off. At least bringing somebody, anybody, in here, will give us a better idea of whether it's Monty's coaching or personnel issues.
