Rudy Gay Chardonnay for Eric Gordon. It works in the Trade Machine. Who says no?
----------
Jeff Green + Brandon Bass for Eric Gordon + 2014 2nd Rder. It works in the Trade Machine. Who says no?
----------
Houston receives Ryan Anderson
New Orleans receives Omer Asik
New Orleans receives Kyle Singler
Detroit receives Tyreke Evans

Probably some picks and cash considerations thrown in there as well

Hell no. Gordon is the better player and he's getting paid $3mill less per year. Might as well trade Jrue for Steph Curry. Works on the trade machine too.

Eric Gordon is not the problem.

Rudy Gay is a black hole on offense

Gordon may be pretty average, but at least he doesn't go like 6 for 25 every night

Dude shot like 10 for 37 the other night. Terrible.

Boston says no, they are Riggin for Wiggins, and while Eric Gordon does have a lot of experience driving the tank, he doesn't look like he's up to that task right now. Tanking teams don't acquire experienced talent. It's kind of the opposite of tanking. It only worked out for NO because Gordon got injured 2 years in a row. Bledsoe is blowing up the tank in Phoenix.

Jeff Green still is a likely target though. With his contract he'll only appeal to playoff teams who probably can only offer an expiring + a pick around 20. I think a package of Rivers/Aminu/Stiemsma has the potential to beat out packages based around late 1sts.

To delve into your point about Tyreke (in the deleted thread)..

...Tyreke is certainly an upgrade over Billups.

Not sure about Stuckey, though. He's off to a great start. Almost 13 ppg in 25 mpg. Shooting almost 42% from 3.

We are already having trouble getting KCP some minutes, so adding Tyreke at this point would not help, at all.
