Doesn't that negate some of the benefit of reallocation though?



I thought a big part of it was the sale of overperforming assets to buy underperforming assets so that when the corrective shift back towards the average occurred, you jump ahead.

You'll still get some of that with controlling what you are buying....but not as much.
