saban has still met the expectations on sec titles that we expect here. he has 2 in 6 years. that is 1 every 3 years. Which is exactly what we are talking about here. Then yes of course he has blown NC expectations out of the water at bama with 3 in 6 years.

I see what you were implying earlier though. You think if Saban was not here we win it all in 2011 and maybe make it to atlanta in 2012 for a shot at a 3rd sec title in 9 years right? we will never know that and that is why we cannot use assumptions like that. It would have been great though no doubt about it. Then miles would have had 3 sec titles in 9 years(if he won last year, which is our expectations) and possibly 2 nc's.
