He proved that he could build a traditional doormat into a winning program.
Ok St. had 1 winning season in the 10 years prior to Les.
Les had 3 winning seasons in his 4 years there. His only losing season was his first year.

Is that where some of you are at? You're willing to kick to the curb a coach who has the highest winning percentage in the history of the program in hopes of something better? Hope?
