5. Never liked his style of coaching. Players love to play for him because they are never held accountable. It's like when you went to see your grandma and she let you do whatever you wanted. Saban holds his players responsible on every single play. Even when they are destroying teams. That's why he has the crystal balls and Les has 1 with Saban's players. That's my rant for today
