this has been a problem under Miles for a while. Random enforcement of rules depending on the player.
Miles is 5 for 5 since 2008 for fricking up the team.

So it's proven the OP was incorrect in his assessment but posters continue with the original premise as if it were true. I guess when your main agenda is to slam Miles, the truth doesn't matter. Proceed with the misinformed bashing.
