Is it your position that the N.O. economy has not improved in the last five years? Is it your position that there has not been an influx of younger professionals in the last five years? Who is living in the thousand new units of upscale housing created in the downtown area (don't make the mistake of tossing out the subsidized housing /Section 8 argument, I'm ready for it in spades )

Improved from what. You know, you go on thinking everything is great. That's what they've done for the last 60 years and that worked out.
