As far as adoption I doubt if a woman can legally have a child adopted unless the Father signs or waves his parental rights?(Unless she is deceptive about the donor identity & the Father is unaware).
I know it must be frustrating to some(especially on the right) that we cannot control the bodies of women, but ............,'

When the zygote, child, whatever you want to call it possesses 100% of the mother's DNA, then it is her body. When my DNA is in the mix, I should have a say in what happens as well.
