Neither of you have any responsibility (meaning legal, financial) UNTIL the child is born alive.
And, UNTIL that child is born and outside of the mother....you ain't "equally" in this thing.
Its like the Chicken and the Pig in a ham and eggs breakfast: The Chicken is "involved"...the Pig is COMMITTED.
