Nick had 1 top 5 national ranking in his 5 yrs and Les had 3 in his 1st 5.

So, Les did take them above where he found them....sorry that bothers you so much.

And Les has had 1 in his last 5, and 1 in his last 6 likely after this year in the top 5. If you think where the program was in 2005 didn't help push Miles' numbers higher and overrate him, than nothing will.

Les has had one anomaly of a year in the past 6 where he was in the top 5 and even that year is tainted by his issues.

Reeeeeally stretching hard to discredit Les, there. You're agenda is shining through quite bright.

How in the world can one look at national rankings of #3, #5, #1, #17, #8, #2, #12, and a current #10 and conclude a coach putting up those national rankings is only able to do that cause he found LSU in good shape 9 yrs ago???

Miles is the most successful coach in LSU history, but he's overrated cause another coach 9 freaking yrs ago deserves the credit for the Miles success....please, give me a freaking break.

Someone would have to be seriously college football mentally challenged to buy into that BS.

Or a Bama mole.
