It's just a shirt.

A**hole TD posters who erroneously think so highly of themselves that they feel it's important to post their opinions of other people's choices of attire. Why?

Sometimes a shirt is just a shirt.

Any LSU shirt I wear during a game that we lose gets burned afterwards.

This hoodie was $70 before the game and $10 after the game. I wear it, who really gives a shite?

Why wear it? Easy, people that wear 2011 BCSNCG gear bought it because they were Proud of LSU's team for playing in the National Championship.

It only happens once in a while for most really good teams -- it NEVER happens for MOST teams.

Win or lose to PLAY FOR the National Championship is an outstanding accomplishment.

We lost --- our team played a horrible game and we got shut out. It happens --- but I for one, had a great time NOLA that week --- more so before the game, but even the day after - I soaked up the atmosphere of the NOLA and the quarter, being there for LSU playing in the National Championship. I held my head HIGH, wore an LSU shirt on 1/11 on my way home and went straight to the office.

I WAS asked why I was wearing LSU gear and I said, "Because I'm proud to say I went to LSU and we played in the National Championship"

We lost but about 118 FBS schools would have traded places with us gladly, I'd bet.

And NO - I'm not settling for mediocrity -- playing for the National Championship is not mediocre - it's better than all but 1 other team in the country... and on that night, the other team beat us. They played their BEST game, we played our WORST --- so they won and shut us out.

Received a new white LSU football jersey for Christmas 2011 with the BCS Championship Game logo patch...needless to say the logo patch is now gone. Still wear the jersey though.

When it comes to wondering what other dudes wear, I'm usually the first to say "who gives a shite" like many in this thread have done so.

In this case, I'm on the other side of the fence. Wouldn't be caught wearing that shirt anywhere. 1/9 never existed.

Why? I was packing for a trip last night, and I found a 2011 BCSNCG shirt hiding deep somewhere in the back of my closet. I forgot I even had that shirt, for obvious reasons. It got me thinking about how I saw LSU fans wearing those shirts on 1/10/12 (WTF?), and I still see people wearing them to this day. Again I have to ask why? TIA

It's kinda like losing a war and for the next 150 years......uh, yeah.

Hey, we were #2 nationally in that one

Ugh. My mom got me a shirt before the damn game. I was like "Woman! No! We only buy after the game!"

I wear it around the house when washing the car or doing stuff at the barn. I may even turn it into a rag for cleaning my tack.
