With couple months of experience I can tell you... anyone not interested in giving a seller a 24hr notice for an appointment isn't that interesting in buying a house.

I've had other realtors tell me this and I've seen it with my own eyes.

It's not too much to ask.


But desperate times call for desperate measures.
I'd rather show a dirty house than no show.

Your experience is your house is still on the market after almost 6 months so I that is bad advice. There is a reason every single person disagreed with you in that other thread.

The gems keep coming. Maybe not your house, but I've sold at least one without a 24 hour notice. Maybe 2. At the max a couple hundred.
