Neck's fish was caught with the circle hook laid perfectly over the leader, cinched on the tail. Not foul hooked or wrapped twice, no idea how it happened. Greenhorn on the gaff yanked my line out of it's mouth and the fish swims down. Two seconds later the other line is tight.
