LSU football is not a professional sports organization. The players are amateurs. The LSU football administrators are not professional football people.

Sure, the LSU coaches are paid, but, have they demonstrated or articulated a hard-core, professional and DRIVEN desire to do whatever it takes to win the "Superbowl" every year? I have not seen this, nor am I aware of Coach Miles ever making a statement to that effect.

So, I conclude that, in the eyes of those who control the program, LSU football is fine, LSU footbal is doing fine, and, everything will work out fine -- according to their standards for success.

If the LSU powers-that-be are content, why shouldn't you and I also be content?

Seriously you are going to ask that question? When expectations are not met why should you be content with the outcome. We were expected to beat Ole Piss, why should we be content with the outcome of that loss. I am not, if you are truly that is pathetic. I am not content with the outcome of the Clemson game. Am I content with the outcome of the UGA, I don't know if content is the right word but not upset with the outcome. Obviously not the outcome I was hoping for but not upset that the outcome wasn't different. I am upset the outcome wasn't different against Ole Piss because in my opinion we are a better team and should have beaten them if we would have prepared better for the game. I put game preparation squarely on the coaches shoulders.

Content leads to complacency, complacency leads to laziness, laziness leads to failure. That is why I am not content, maybe the LSU powers-that-be should think about that before it is way too late.
