So if you can't win it all, the season means nothing? What a depressing mindset.

NO not at all

But we have to get the youth ready BEFORE the season by playing them the previous season.

We made that Mistake with Mett
Lets not make the same mistake

Obviously comprehension is not your strong suit. Did say that at all. I clearly stated we should finish the season but also start planning for the future.

Look our goals for this year are flushed down the shitter, no SEC west title, no SEC Championship title and no BCS-NC title. We will be replacing Mett, Blue & Copeland guaranteed and probably OBJ, Landry, Hill & Collins. Since QB is the MOST important position on the field, now that our goals for this year are shot, do you really want to go into next year with a completely inexperienced QB when you can start to prepare him for next year right now? Getting him a qtr a game in reps is the right thing to do for the program. I am not saying throw this year away I am saying if you can start to prepare for next year now it is the right thing to do for the program. And the same goes for Beckwith, Robinson, Dural, Brazil, Darse and any other of the stars of the future. I mean seriously how much worse can our defense get Ole Piss put up 525 balanced yards on us "300pass/200rush." The coaches keep saying Beckwith & Robinson are studs in the making then put them out now.
