Matt Leinart and the Trojans were 3.5 pt underdogs at Auburn in the 2003 season opener and it wasn’t until a road trip to Eugene in 2007 they were dogged again."

I think this is great, BUT USC also failed to win when it mattered most. Say what you want but during that span they ONLY WOn 1 title. AND the 2008 USC team was the best of the bunch.
