The video just really seems like they are grasping at straws.
"Looks like we have a potential hit to the body of the QB with his head by #90"
I mean come on. It's like they are trying to punish him because they think it could have been roughing the passer, but the ref didn't call it so they may as well fine Suh thousands of dollars to make up for the no-call...that was rightfully not called.
