Staying in SoHo

apparently there's a good bar hopping scene in the lower east village. Any other tips or must dos while we're out there?

If you are staying in SoHo then you might want to consider taking the PATH to Hoboken and catching the NJ Transit from there to Seacaucus. I find Penn Station to be a complete shitshow and avoid whenever possible.

I will try to find the thread where I gave recs to another poster. It will be easier than retyping everything. SoHo is a fun area. Be sure to check out Oficina Latina for a drink. I love this place.

if you're gonna be around east village/union square, you may wanna hit up bar none saturday night. it's the saints bar. i'm sure there will be a crowd, even without an LSU game that night.

st. mark's street (8th street) is a great spot to find some good, cheap eats.
