student 65-72 (a little army time in there.)
mostly drunk.
why can't we do it like in the movies?
video the student section during games.
match the faces.
ban lawbreakers from games.
expel some from school.

whoa, that's a bit extreme. Perhaps punishment by law would be more suitable. (Community service on campus would be a lovely punishment imo)
