Do you think an owner would even take a sniff if I offered Richardson and L. Bell for Doug Martin and Steven Jackson?

Possibly. It depends on his vision going forward on all the guys. It doesn't hurt to propose it.

What are you gaining by that? Jackson is hurt and not close to coming back.
Tampa is awful. MArtin is not worth that. You're better off riding richardson and bell.
