Dexter is what I have now, and have no problems with. Was just wondering if I was missing out on something better. I find that the narrow blades struggle withe the rib cages on redfish tho (what doesnt lol) i have a thicker blade and backbone on a knife from academy that really does well too.

I prob need to invest in a mister twister, I've just always enjoyed cleaning fish with a regular filet knife rather than electric

I'll give fish away, or even throw them away before i clean without electric.

Get the serrated dexter for the reds. Works like a champ.
