We may not go to every game but i always give them to family or friends that i know will use them

I think they should have an immediate tally on how many tickets have been scanned. After 5 min into the first quarter, they will let 3/4 of the open capacity left in the gate for 30 per person.
If someone comes in late and has ticket proof that someone else has taken their seat, that person just finds another one.
