In eleven days.
Anyway, I started reading about the show online and on here, and I'm surprised by how many people were actually pulling for Walt and hated Jesse. I spent all of season 5a and 5b loathing Walt and wishing he would die a horrible death. I wonder if I have a different view of it because I was able to jump from episode to episode immediately without having to wait. Season 4 was absolutely incredible btw.

Oh and two questions, that I'm sure have been discussed a ton on here:
1. Do you think Gus was gay?
2. Do you think Ted Beneke was Walt Jrs real father?

How did you sell any tires in the past two weeks?

Yes, I think the episodes where his "partner" dies made it pretty clear that they were more than just business partners.

I would say no. When they were pregnant, did she even know Beneke?

They never really say how long ago it was when she worked there the first time, but the comments Ted made during his first appearance on the show kinda left it open to interpretation as to whether or not the kid was his.

what did he say? I don't remember
And yes, Gus was definitely gay.

Something along the lines of "handsome kid...must be the genes."
Sure, he could have been complimenting Skyler, and I don't think he was the father. I just read on other forums that it was a possibility.

I think I watched it even quicker than you did, except for the last half of season 5 which I watched as they premiered. I was recovering from foot surgery and tore through it on Netflix in about a week. Hell of a ride
To answer your questions, Gus was probably gay but I don't think Beneke came along until after Walt Jr. was born.
I found myself pulling for Walt to suffer for what he had done(to a large extent he already had by the finale anyway), but on his own terms. I certainly didn't want him done in by the Nazis and Todd. Once Hank died it wouldn't make sense for the cops to get him. If Walt was gonna be arrested then it would have to have been by Hank. Also didn't hate Jesse except for when he teamed up with Hank.

Being Team Walt doesn't mean you dislike Jesse. I was Team Walt and loved the ending.

How anyone likes Jesse is beyond me.

I related more to Jesse. He seemed more human to me than Walt.

I can't say I liked him, but I felt bad for him sometimes and found myself rooting for him.

Jesse couldn't handle the realities of life and by not taking the 5M and going about his business, he doomed everyone. Of course, we wouldn't have had the last two seasons had he just taken the money.

He was the most human IMO. He saw/did some of the most traumatizing things in the series. He didn't have Walt's coldness, and Jesse's experiences effected him in a very human way.

Skylar had worked at the Beneke's office when she was in college or something

In the end, he tried to do the right thing more than Walt and Skyler. He was more human. He wasn't as cold. He cared more for other people than himself. How could you not like that? Sure he was a POS in the beginning.

I'm about the start the final 8 episodes. My thoughts.
1. Skylar is a count
2. The DEA does a lot of illegal/bordline unethical stuff, makes me hate cops even more.
3. Jr. should be 300 lbs because all he does is eat.
4. Gus needs a spin-off.
5. Skylar's sister is also a count.
