Yeah that's good but it depends on what your PS4 is running at, in connection setting go in the ps4 there is an option to test your network and it says the download and upload at the bottom which is what your PS4 is pulling.

I had a buddy paying for 50Mbps and his ps4 tested out at 8Mbps, sent him that vid and he put it in a DMZ and was up to 32Mbps after.

I have 20Mbps and was pulling 2-6 back on the ps3 before I knew what DMZ was, went to 15 after.

And sometimes its not about the speed it's the ports being open that games use.
