What's the reason the Rice line moved so much? Opened on Sportsbook (which is later than most) at -3 and is now at +1.5.

Thanks.... Hmmm... is that good or bad?

Well whatever. I like Rice this year. Good QB, lots of seniors, and a better defense than usual.

Really wish these lines came out earlier. So much money to be made.

Over the last 5 or so years, Oregon has really struggled to put up a lot of points against Washington in the 1st half. Then in the 2nd half they blow the doors off of us. I'd be a little cautious with the 1st half bets, but would jump on a 2nd half one if it looked good.

I quote South Park and Big Lebowski and you tell me to chill out and get a piece?

Every week I run my numbers and they favor Oregon by 45-60 points.
This week I ran them and got Oregon by 4.5.
Pretty good chance I'll be riding with the Huskies on Saturday.

why would Oregon have trouble scoring against WashU in the first half on a yearly basis?
I think you just found a trend in some random data.

Don't know, but that's how it's gone for 6 of the past 7 years. Those were the years of the worst defenses in Washington history too. This year we have a top 10 defense in the country so far. I think Mariota is going to kill us with his legs, but we'll be able to hold down their passing game really well.
2006: Halftime - Oregon's up 17-7. Final score of 34-14.
2007: Halftime - Oregon's up 24-17. Final score of 55-34.
2008: Halftime - Oregon's up 14-10. Final score of 44-10.
2009: Halftime - Oregon's up 15-6. Final score of 43-19.
2010: Halftime - Oregon's up 18-6. Final score of 52-16.
2011: Halftime - Oregon's up 17-10. Final score of 34-17.
2012: Halftime - Oregon's up 35-7. Final score of 52-21.

Oregon had trouble scoring on any defense in the first half in '09 and '10. It wasn't until 2011 that they started boat racing teams in the 1st half. Oregon just wasn't that great on the OL in '09 and '10. Our 2008 OL lost 5 seniors and in 2009 we returned no starters. By 2010 the new group had gotten experienced but they just weren't uber talented.
Again, this isn't a phenomenon exclusive to UW. It was across the board.

This is the game right here. If Oregon can make UW pay for loading the box with their vertical passing game than it will be over fast.
